How to contact us

We offer multiple ways to contact us. You can send us a ticket, an email, contact us directly through our website, or join our community to connect with us and other users in a safe space that is monitored and only accessible for users.

On our website you can contact us through here: https://matrixreq.com/support

And from within the software we offer these options through the Question mark icon in the bottom left corner:

  1. forward to contact page on our website

  2. Forward to our current Ticket portal

  3. Forward to our Support Community

Additionally the option to create a support ticket can be added to the Context Pages, so a ticket can be created from within the software itself:

To enable this, navigate to the Admin settings → Project Settings → Context Pages and enable “Support”
