Where is my item tool menu?

While others can see the tools button, it does not show for me.

If the above button is missing it might be a browser addon hiding it, for example AdBlock Plus plug-in in Google Chrome will do just that.

In that case, just make an exception for Matrix, preventing the addon to work on you Matrix Instance.
