MatrixQMS - How to make the version of my Procedure visible after publication?
You can add an audit trail to your item that you want to publish in your QMS. With dedicated revision column where any data can be entered (letter, number).
This information can be used to be visible in the LiveQMS besides the published item title like this:
History information of the published item in the LiveQMS. (1) is the internal revision as appears in the change log and (2) is the information from the custom Audit trail table
