Add links in the help menu - Admin instructions

After installing the Plugin through the Marketplace follow the below instructions to configure it tailored to your custom needs in the Admin section.

First navigate to server settings of your instance. This plugin is defined globally and cannot be specified on a project base. In the “Links in help menu” settings you can now add another shortcut to a link, which should be accessible through the help menu. To do so please click on “Add new link” :

And add the following information:

  • label = Shortcut which will be displayed in the help menu

  • URL= URL to which the shortcut should link

Additionally you can also group links to distinguish between internal content and Matrix links for example. To set this up, add another new link and put three hash signs ### between the groups:
